Easy access to all cottages from the forecourt plus ramp to the Bwthyn as well as steps.
 
The Coach House has level access and is level through with one step to one bedroom.  Spacious Kitchen with all facilities that is required of a 5 star accommodation. There are 3 bedrooms 2 double and 1 bedroom with full seize bunk beds. Bathroom has a tub bath with overhead shower. Patio doors open to a small patio overlooking the estuary. There is a TV Video and DVD player in the lounge and games for children

The Farm house has a steep staircase which leads to 3 bedrooms the master bedroom has a single bed and a double bed with wash basin in the bedroom. The double bedroom has a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom is a single room with a full seize single bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower and bath. Downstairs the lounge has a wood burner and patio doors opening to the garden., with TV and Video and DVD The house is heated with storage heaters , ,the kitchen come dinning is very spacious with all facilities that is required of a 5 star accommodation. The back door leads out to the forecourt. There is also a downstairs toilet.

Bwthyn has a ramp and steps as access to a wide door with 1 bedroom suitable for a wheelchair which has twin beds and TV. The other bedroom has a double bed and en-suite facilities. The kitchen lounge come dinning area is of high quality with all facilities required of a 5 star. Patio and seating outside.

Caravan has level access with steps to enter caravan private parking, 3 bedrooms with all facilities (except dishwasher) TV and Video and DVD. Washing Machine outside and extra toilet.

Cwmffernol turn off the A493 at Cwrt into Happy Valley again you turn right down a lane to another valley approximately 1 mile off the main road ,easy access small stairs to bedrooms  there are 2 doubles and 1 twin very spacious ,Bathroom has  one step to walk in to the shower  there is also a bath . Very spacious accommodation with a reading room and TV in the room. The lounge come dinning area has a wood burning stove plus storage heaters throughout and a TV with video and DVD. Oil run Rayburn is on during the winter in the kitchen with all requirements of a 5 star accommodation plus Garage for guests’ car.

The dinning room and the lounge are on the ground floor, we ask our guests to tell us when they require breakfast it is served from 7.30am– 9.00am

The family room consists of a double bed and 2 single beds ideal for a family. It has en-suite facilities and tea making facilities, there is also a TV with DVD and video in the room. Fresh milk is available in a small fridge on the landing, you help yourselves. VIDEOS and DVD are located downstairs for your use.

The double ensuite room has a Super King seize bed with tea making facilities and a TV combined video DVD. Videos and DVDs are available downstairs for your use. Fresh milk is obtainable from the red fridge on the landing, you help yourselves.
