This 5 star rated, self-catering Coach house lays to the east of the courtyard, facing south with beautiful views of the Dovey Estuary and the Plynlimon mountains. This holiday property can accommodate up to six people on one level. As you enter this property you will find a large kitchen diner on your right. This kitchen diner is ideal for a family holiday with plenty of space around the 6 seater dining table that sits in the middle of the kitchen. The kitchen comes with all the home comforts to make your stay comfortable with us. Amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, microwave, electric oven, and hob. To the right of the kitchen is the lounge with french doors leading out onto your own patio area. With table and chairs for you to take in the wonderful views of our farmland, rolling down to the Dyfi estuary with the Plynlimon range beyond. You can admire the local wildlife with woodpeckers and many other birds feeding outside the coach house. This accommodation has won a countryside Commission Caretakers Award in Conservation. The lounge comes fully equipped with TV, DVD and VHS player and a comfy leather suite to relax in front of a gas fireplace. An added luxury is an electric reclining chair for added comfort. Sit, relax and watch the wildlife from the comfort of this cosy lounge. Bedrooms This self-catering accommodation consists of three bedrooms, one Twin room, and two double rooms and can sleep up to 6 people. Bedroom 1 – Double Room with views over the Dyfi Estuary Bedroom 2 – Double room with views over the Estuary Bedroom 3 – Twin room Bathroom - The bathroom comes with a bath, W/C, wash basin and power shower over the bath.
